- I will live each moment in the moment.
- I will not worry about tomorrow or next week as it may never come.
- I will be the best version of myself everyday (that means taking all those silly distractions from my mind).
- I will keep a calendar for reminders and not use my head to replay them over and over again.
- I will accept the fact that my life will not change drastically, if at all, when my face is not moisturized, I eat cereal for dinner, or I kick a dust bunny across the floor.
- I will not miss the all the important parts of the present while I obsess about the future.
Yoga and meditation have been a huge part of my transformation, but that’s for another day, no not next Wednesday, not a week from Friday…just another day, when and if it comes stay tuned.
